    Need Photobucket/Website Help, or alternative

For years I have been using photobucket for my Luongo collection site. What I loved about it was that I had all the images as clickable thumbnails, and when you clicked on them they would open in a new window, and was a large pic of the card. The new page was by no way associated with photobucket, just the image on a blank webpage.

Now with the new photobucket when you click on one of my thumbnails it takes you to the image, but in the photobucket library, which I hate. Is there anyway that I can get it back to normal? I assume "no" with the new photobucket, so what are my options??

I am also open to making a brand new site for my cards, but I want a user friendly sitemaker. The only way I will make a new one is if I can get the pics to open like they used to, just on it's own page, not going into the photobucket library. Any help on new website development or image hostings would be great. Thanks

I actually like the new photobucket with all of the albums on the left and the layout is a little nicer. I am not sure what you are referring to when you say the image takes you back to the libray b/c when I click a thumbnail it goes to the image in the album or subalbum. The only problem I had was when collectors didn't change to the new photobucket and their site wouldn't load or when they have the photobucket app and nothing loads as well. Maybe that's your problem? Are you using the photobucket app?

What I'm talking about is that with the old photobucket, I would use the clickable thumbnail option for my site. With the code it would NOT redirect back to photobucket, but would display the image without any indication that it was a photobucket image. Hope that clears it up

ahh you mean the issues with linking images from photobucket to a site such as scf? i don't think that issue is entirely pb's issue and it has something to do with the software scf is running b/c links work fine on other sites.

Not at all what I'm talking about.

When I made my site, www.freewebs.com/chrisprior35, I had clickable thumbnails on it. That is still the same. The difference now is that when you click the thumbnail it opens a new page, as before, but it goes to photobucket and shows the image that way.

Before when you clicked on the thumbnail the image would open in a new window, but it was just a white webpage with the pic on it, bigger obviously, with no signs of the photobucket template
