This is the new updated Rookie Photo Shoot. There worth the same, but more rare, I've hardly ever see one on ebay.

there are no "new updated cards" from 03-04. They were all made in 03-04. I think you are talking about the cards from the factory set. Same bv and easy to find

yep he is confused, "the rookie photo shoot" are the regular topps base rcs which are very common. topps chrome had new action shots but topps never had a change in design or new releases.
