    I think this is funny

    i went down to the local walmart decided to buy a pack of topps chrome and got a pretty good pack i think here it is
    julius hodge rc
    wayne simien rc
    richard hamilton
    and now for the funny part
    will conroy drafted 6TH ROUND in the DEVELOPEMENTAL LEAGUE
    i just think thats really funny if any one cares he playes for the 66ers
    also is it normal for there to be 3 rcs?

    prophet - some moron at topps decided collectors would love cards of players from the NBDL - like world league rookie cards

    I think they are banking on collectors picking this stuff up in case one or two of the players that are part of the nbdl cards will end up becoming something. If thats the case & there is a nbdl guy who gets to the nba & produces, you have a card of the guy 2 maybe 3 years before he's even considered a rookie.

    i love those cards... its the only set with george leach in it... gives college team collectors another couple rounds of picks a chance to collect the cards...
