Can someone tell me which cards these are? I cannot find them listed in another database, here are some scans:

I have 2 of 1996 Martin Cards available FT and a Dale Jarrett version which I cannot find in the database either. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I can tell you the top one is the card from a 1:64 Racing Champions die-cast car.

The bottom one looks like a promo of sorts from the 600 Festival that happens every year in Charlotte the same time of the Coca-Cola 600.
