Trying something with lettermans for my daughters

Want to make my toddler and my soon to be here daughters gifts they can cherish forever. I want to spell out their names using auto letters trying to keep it cheap since they have loads of letters in there name. I realize this may take awhile but lets see what we can do! Also I have a few decent cards I can trade for bulk letters. I have a 2012 Contenders Bryce Brown variation redemption, a 2011 Gold Standard 3 color RPS auto of Dalton and a 14k Chris Johnson /10 that I am willing to trade towards bulk letters. Also have quite a few other cards sitting around but breaks haven't been super good to me this year. Anyways here are the names I am trying to spell out
