    Thumbs up donruss customer service

    i sent them a letter about 2 weeks ago stating i did not get the 2 gu or autos per box sent the box top in the mail yesterday i had a package from donruss.they apologised for the incorrect odds on the box top and sent me a jose castillo autograph card and a hank blalock masterstrokes gu bat card numbered 09/50 not too shabby on their part just wanted to give credit where credit is due

    I have to say that is pretty nice, I always say they (Donruss) are the best in the biz for customer service, Topps is good too (at least in my experience). UD Bites and so did Fleer, not suprising to me that they are the same company now, that seemed to fit. :)

    I missed 2 game used in my Zenith box as well from football. Got an Orton Auto /150 and a Matt Jones Jersey Patch 1/25. Pretty good as well.

    yea it,s things like this that make me wish upperdeck would have lost the baseball contract for 2006 not donruss,but i am hoping they come back in 2007 bigger and stronger take care spuds
