Man Reportedly Sues Derrick Rose For Missing 2012-13 Season

Will he or wont he? That was the reoccurring theme for the Chicago Bulls this season in regards to the potential return of their All-Star point guard Derrick Rose. He never did, and the vague updates have taken a toll on a 25-year-old Chicago man who is reportedly trying to sue the star for the emotional distress the Rose-less season has caused. According to HipHop365: A 25 year old Peoria Illinois man filed a lawsuit Thursday against Chicago Bulls Superstar Derrick Rose. Matthew Thompson, a self-described long-time Bulls fan, and electrician claims Rose missing the entire 2012-2013 NBA regular season has caused him to have mental breakdowns and emotional distress, which ultimately led to obesity issues. According to reports, Thompson claims Rose displayed negligent behavior by refusing to return to the court, despite having been cleared by team doctors. He blames his health issues on the MVPs refusal to return.

I think the lawyer who filed this BS claim needs to be dis-barred.

Back in the days there used to be a law where if you filed 3 frivilous lawsuits you would have charges bought against you. They need to bring that law back.
