When do serial numbers matter?

yea, they should be legit. I really dont think a double stamped #'d card is that common, that happens by mistake very few hundred blue moons. i try and eat up all the #'d kopitar's i can find for sure, but, there are so many numbered cards/parallels/inserts i almost wanna puke, so i personally dont stress and just enjoy what i have...

Thank you but this is what i mean though, you say there are so many but /25 means theirs only 25 correct. that's not a whole lot if you ask me lol?

It may only be /25 for that one particular set/series, but if they're putting out 10 different sets/series with /25 every single year, they cease to be a big deal.
