    SPA is usually a lot more expensive (just check out the difference in price between the two for 08/09, if you can find 08/09 SPA anywhere).

    When I started collecting in 02-03, both products were around 150$ per box. In my opinion, SPx RCs from that era were much nicer looking, with the avery label autograph.

    SPx has better design, the 08-09 SPx is my favorite base card ever, but overall SPA is stronger. Its hard to argue with hard-signed FWAs.
