As long as there is no just punishment these idiots will keep hurting innocent people. No law abiding citizen should have to forfeit their second amendment right because of idiots like this. If you are bad enough to open fire and possible kill innocent people you should be bad enought to be tourted and executed.

More than likely they will get away with it because no one will want to be labelled a "snitch or rat".

Just like the police with their blue wall of silence.

Exactly! The police protect their own just like the neighbourhood protects its own, so good luck in trying to catch and "tourted" these guys.

The difference between the police is other two bit street thugs is the police have taken an oath to serve and protect and are paid for with our tax dollars. When one of them goes astray thay have betrayed their oath and should be dealt with like anyone else who betrays their country.

You are comparing the police and the criminals. I was speaking of the "law-abiding" witnesses to the event, not the criminals firing the guns. If you want the police to obey their oath you should also want the public to obey their obligation to their fellow neighbours.

See veg, this is where you and I differ. I agree many police go beyond their rights, but I don't perpetuate "stop snitch in" and therefore outright support criminals the way you do.
