    The Cleveland Cavaliers have won the 2013 NBA draft lottery.

    The Orlando Magic have the No. 2 overall pick, followed by the Washington Wizards.

    The Charlotte Bobcats will pick fourth, followed by the Phoenix Suns.

    I was so pumped when I saw this today. Not sure who I want, but being first never hurts. I am also open to the prospect of Gilbert dealing. I read a few articles already saying he has expressed that interest. I am obviously aware he can just be blowing smoke, but I think it makes a lot of sense. What are your thoughts?
