Ok, good news for me. I escalated my issue and they agreed that they mis-valued the Brodeur EoE. Instead of giving me $150 each, they will value them at $225 each based on recent sale of other similar cards. They also agreed to take back the non-cup cards to compensate for the mistake, but warned this was a one-off.
So i am glad to see they agreed with my assessment and that of many of you. Now, we will have to wait and see what else i will get in return...
Stay tuned!

I was able to discuss with customer service and they agreed there was an error in the value ascribed to my Emblems of Endorsement. to make it up for it, they also agreed to take back the two non-cup cards they had sent me and then ship new Cup cards.
I received these 2 cards a few weeks ago

obviously two nice cards with high end players.
I am ok with the overall value of the replacement. With all the Brodeur cards they have to replace, I think they may have a problem providing a great replacement to everyone. no point in arguing any further.
still would have much preferred to get my 4 emblems of endorsement of Brodeur and my Cup Foundations auto patch /5...
cheers
thanks
