Star base/inserts FS (or FT)

I've got all this base lying around that I'd be thrilled to get rid of. I'm looking to recoup about 30% of BV (but will consider best offers).

I'd also be willing to trade, but really not looking to get base back in return - I'd be happy with low-end GU/low-end auto/#'d cards. I would also be looking to trade at or closer to BV.
