This wont sit well with the Tea Lagoon.
They want ethic, cultural, poorer classes to keep spitting out kids in poverty to keep them downtrodden, so that they have a ready minimum wage workforce for the future.
Birth Control pills and combined proper use of them if put in the hands of independent poor women, will lead to perhaps a better life, out of abject poverty, while trying to raise many children on their own.

Makes sense. Most birth control is very affordable for most but if people are struggling birth control is going to fall way down the list of necessities. I see this as a good program that tax money could be spent on. I would think that people that have issues with welfare programs would be all for this as well. Let people having kids if they can't afford them means fewer people on welfare programs. Ironically, lots of people who don't see value in welfare programs also seem to have issues with sex education and birth control.

Very much agreed.
And if one thinks about it, it's not surprising why the GOP is very much against abortion.
It's a way of controlling women and keeping the poor where they are.
When they say that they care about the child....that is a blatant lie.
If they really cared, why do they try so hard to take away social programs for poor people that need that help to sustain their families?
And that's the whole Conservative notion right there.....we demand you do things our way, but will never help when you're in trouble.
It's sickening.
