Now nearly 20 years later, can anyone really name the "key" Grant Hill or Jason Kidd rookie card?

1994-95 Topps Finest for both. That set was HUGE and so were those rookie cards. The Hill for the early years and then the Kidd after injuries derailed the career of Hill.

The same can probably be said for todays cards. Even if every rookie in each set is limited (picking a # for example) /299, there are 18 sets with /299 rookies out there = over 5000 per rookie...it is still alive and well.
