2012-13 Fleer Retro
I recently busted a box of 2013 sp authentic and pulled a flair showcase fresh ink auto. Couldn't figure out where this card came from I concluded that ud messed up and put the wrong card in my box and I got something from fleer retro. Did I get cheated???

Wow they put autos of players that only the people from the teams they played on have ever heard of, yeah that is a bad hit. On the bright side if it is from retro, since Retro has not been released yet you could probably get some good money out of it on Ebay.

no, it is from 2000 fleer. I read a release for retro and 1 of the insert sets is of 1999-2000 Fleer Flair Showcase Fresh Ink autos. The guy is in a pistons uniform which all ud products is suppose to be college or high school uniforms.

thanks for scanning back, WOW that is very interesting as if it were from Fleer Retro it would say some where Fleer Retro 12-13 etc, also it would not be in the NBA uniform as you mentioned. Very interesting, maybe this is a card from the actual fleer 1999-2000 set, very interesting that it popped up in your box.

yeah doing some research on ebay, this one has the same exact type photo etc as the original 1999-2000 release, I am guessing that it is an actual card from that set and not some newly released product, how that card got in your box is the puzzle, was it an extra hit or one the gauranteed hits in the box? Lastly it lists NBA properties on it which obviously Upper Deck has no NBA license, so it would not say that on a Fleer Retro release and Fleer Retro puts autos of mostly notable previous players,not the likes of Jerome Williams.

unfortunately it was one of the guaranteed hits. check this out. one of the top inserts is a fresh ink auto from 1999-2000. Strange, so they are just buying back 1999-2000 fresh ink autos and reinserting them, still not sure they can do this without an NBA license, but I guess since its their old product maybe they can. I guess you have to wait to find out when they release the product. Overall I think retro puts the same design but different players autos in products.
