Bands/Musicians??
Hey everyone, I just wanted to run a quick question by you all. Do you know of/have you gotten any TTM successes from any decent names in the music industry? There isn't a whole lot in the database, and I've been meaning to expand on that aspect of my collection for a while. Thanks!

Brian Ray and Vanessa Carlton are the only ones TTM I have gotten. All my other musician successes were email or IP

I have had mostly failures from band ans musicians.Sent out over 100 in the last 4 years with about 10 returns.Failures included Dee Snider,Lemmy,ALicia Keys,Beth HArt,tom kiefer,wynnona judd,sarah evans,vince neil,bret michaels to name a few

I have heard that sending via venue when they are on tour is a good way to do this.

I have recently gotten:
Jerry Lee Lewis (sometimes sends back with a note asking for money but it seems if you write a good letter he'll sign)
Krist Novoselic (Nirvana, great signer)
Roger Waters (Pink Floyd, great IP signer but asked me not to share/send to address again. You can find it on the internet with a little searching)
I also recently sent to Slash from Guns N Roses who seems to be a great signer ttm. Haven't gotten it back yet though.

Didn't George Jones die awhile back?
Most of the musicians I have seen are most email successes but I have to agree that VV is also another option.Buying Quincy Carter GUs and Autos

George Jones died about six weeks ago. He was a "good" ttm signer but I've been told by many sources that all his ttms were signed by his wife. I don't have an opinion either way and I never did get him myself... just passing along what the general consensus seems to be.
