NFL Mock Draft: Top 10 Picks
1. Houston: Reggie Bush- He is the best player in the draft and can be used at the most positons. He has speed and underrated power. Bush might not put up amazing stats but he will be an impact player right away.
2. New Orleans: D'Brickashaw Ferguson- The best lineman in the draft. From the offensive side or Defensive side. The Saints are not real good and just need the best players that will fit into their team. There is no need to draft a QB since they have Drew Brees.
3. Tennesse: Vince Young- I don't think Young is the best QB in the draft but the Titans apear to like him. Steve McNair would be his teacher for a year or two, but after that the team is his. He is a strong player who can run and has the ability to throw the ball in any situation.
4. New York Jets: Mario Williams- He might be the best defenive player in the draft. He has the ability to pass rush the QB and is also strong. The NC State player is from the underrated ACC. The Jets also need to upgrade on defense and the best way to do that is to take the best player there.
5. Green Bay: AJ Hawk- The best LB in the draft. Good vision and won't miss tackles. The Packers need him as he will be a very good impact player where ever he is in 2006. The Packers defense won't be as good as it was after losing Jim Bates, so they need to upgrade with this pick.
6. San Francisco: Veron Davis- The best TE in this years draft. He would bring another weapon to the TE corp of the 49ers. Davis is a guy who has the ability with strentgh and hands to be an Antonio Gates type player. This seems like a great pick at this spot.
7. Oakland Raiders: Matt Leinart- Hard to beleive he would still be here in this spot. The Raiders need a QB since Collins got cut. Leinart would do great with weapons like Moss and Porter and not to mention be back in Califronia close to his family. He can slip this far from the teams like GB and SF who need impact right away. The only other team that may take him are the Jets at pick 3.
8. Buffalo: Winston Justice- The third USC player in the top 10. He is big fast and athletic. He can make a switch to tackle and the Bills need an offensive lineman to protect the QB and to give Willis McGahee some production. This seems like the correct pick for the Bills.
9. Detroit: Jay Cutler- This team has been looking for QB for a while. Signing Jon Kitna was a good move but he is a older player along with the other QB's on the Lions. Cutler will have a chance that Joey Harrington had but couldn't succeed at. Cutler is big, strong, and has great vision. He would be a good fit into the young offense.
10. Arizona: Michael Huff- A great DB in the draft. This would be their second year in a row taking a DB in the Top 10. This time the Cards would get the best one in the draft. Michael Huff has the ability to be the Adam Jones the Carnails never got. The only other player I could see them taking is Jay Cutler if he is still around.

Either way, Aaron Brooks isn't really that good, so they need to upgrade at QB. I will have a new top 10 every 2 or 3 days up until the draft. I think the stupest choice is New York at 4, if they take a QB. They have Ramsey, Pennington, and Bollinger. They resigned Pennignton and signe Ramsey in the off-season, so that would just be a stupid pick and hurt their salary cap.

I see the Saints trading down a couple of spots to the Jets and they draft Matt Leinart and the Saints still get Ferguson

A) No way Justice and Williams go Top 10...Justice MAY go to AZ at 10, but I doubt he goes that high. You think Michael Huff slips out of the top 10? No way does that happen. Ngata or Bunkley will be going to Buffalo to plug up their 3-4 defense.
B) No way Leinart slides that far...NY Jets will take him if he is there at #4
C) No way that Detroit takes a QB...that is probably where Huff is going.

I can see Williams not in Top 10, but Justice will go Top 10. Some say he is better than Fegusen. I actually completly forgot about Michael Huff. So I will edit him for he Cardnails.

Don't expect them to make the playoffs either. Joey Harrington did horible in Detroit. Jon Kitna will start this year, but he is getting old so the lions should take Cutler.

edit him for the Cardinals? he won't last that long. They don't really need him anyway. Justice isn't going Top 10 with his off the field issues, and IF he does it will be him to AZ. Buffalo is taking Ngata or Bunkely...whoever they decide is a better fit for the 3-4
