Why won't my enter button work??

Hi folks, I don't know where to post this, but I am having issues with my ENTER button. When I want to start a new separate sentence or paragraph on SCF, I usually hit 'enter' twice. However, I cannot seem to be able to use my enter button anymore. Nothing happens when I push it. This only began a couple of days ago, and it only happens on SCF. The button works on all other sites, as well as my word processing and spreadsheet programs.

It is very strange. Any ideas why this is? Do you know anyone who can tell me what's going on and why?

Try a different browser or update your current browser. I find the same problem when I use IE, so I use Chrome now, no problems.

I have Chrome already. I don't understand why the button works on everything else, but not SCF.

I had this issue arise using Internet Explorer. To solve it , I had to switch over to Firefox for the enter to work. It seems to me there is now a Compatibility issue that has arisen lately most likely with the site and the browser.

It did it to me a month or so ago for about a week. Then all if a sudden it was fine again.

If you hit the button for Switch Editor to Source mode it seems to fix the problem for me.

How do I do this? Which button is that? Not real tech-savvy. Let me know.

When you start a new PM, the button right under the word title (that looks like this A/A) is how you switch the editor into source mode. This has happened to me as well, and by switching to source mode the enter key now works.
