What to do when upperdeck doesn't get your card to be replaced
So I pulled a Derek Roy 1 color Sp authentic 2011-2012 limited auto patch card but it was creased all along the side. so i decided to send it in to upper deck to get a replacement.
Upper Deck always states that i need to ship the card with tracking or they can't guarantee me anything. But the cost to ship the card to the states with tracking was more expensive then the card was worth so i sent it in a bubble envelop with regular mail.
2 months later. nothing.
I would like some input on if there is anything i can do.
(Please don't tell me its my own fault because I didn't use tracking. I was already aware of the risks)

Have you contacted them to find out if they received the package?
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

If 2 months later they claim they have not recieved your package - about the only thing you can do is sit and wait, while crossing your fingers that it still arrives.

I contacted them after a month and they told me to wait.
I contacted them earlier this morning and they got back to me not too long ago and told me to sign a document that i didn't get anything, and they would resend my replacement to me.
i wonder if someone from canada post is stealing my mail.......

So did they say that they'd received your card and had sent out something already? I'm thinking so by the sounds of your last message, just want to clarify.
Hopefully it's a hiccup in their system and nothing more nefarious than that.

ah, totally different then. Sorry, I misunderstood the first question.
Yeah, you're doing the right thing contacting them if no replacement has shown up. Hopefully they follow through for you.

Don't worry, longest time I've waited for replacement is over six months after they received my card.
