I'm extremely happy to see Patty is resigned with the devils. Couldn't imagine him in another uniform. Not after watching him all these years since I was a young kid. I certainly wish the same for alfie.

It really is too much, however, my guess is that should Elias stay, he will probably be a part of the organization as long as he chooses, likely the same for Marty, but I think CBC or NBC will wave lots of money Brodeur's way.

When it comes time to say good-bye to the strong types that have given of themselves to one organization the way Elias and Alfie have, a nice little payday makes it so.
