Looking for a 1984 Mini Pops Christmas album

I have been looking for this for a long time...

In 1984 the Mini Pops released a Christmas cassette tape. I have one but it is quite worn.

After some research, I found out that a CD version was released on September 9, 2009 but is no longer in circulation.

It is the CD version that I am looking for.

If you have one, please PM me! Must not have any scratches on the case or the CD itself.
