Who can I contact at Playoff regarding a redemption?
Cust Svc. just dismisses me, and have been doing so for almost 6 months regarding a severly damaged card out of Prime Sigs.
Im tired of pissing in the wind, and would like to know if theres a supervisor, boss, etc.. that I can email/call directly.
thanks

I would prefer to call at this point rather than continuing to reply to a anonymous customer service email address.

Here's my story......Last JULY I sent an 04 Prime Sigs Jack Lambert Bronze Proof auto back because the auto sticker looked like it had been worked over by a 2 year old with a dripping glue stick. I sent it back, insured, and never hear a thing. I call several times last year, and since it was right after Donruss had their MLB license dropped, they let half the employees go and there are "Boxes and boxes of mail we just haven't gotten to yet". My card had not even been logged in as being received for over three months. So I ask if they will contact me as soon as it is logged in to se about a repair or replacement. Was told that since it was a numbered card (#/58) it could not be replaced. Waited and waited. Waited some more. Called in November, they had logged it in as received, never contacted me. Waited some more. Waited. Waited. Waited some more. Finally decided that I'd rather have the card back, damaged or not since I haven't seen one available for sale or trade to replace mine with. Called again, told them I wanted my card back. (Had a sinking feeling that they had really lost it, figured if I demanded it back, they would have to do something) My card was shipped to me and I received it in 2 days. I opened the envelope, and found that the card and autograph sticker were pretty much perfect. No glue visible on the sticker at all, nothing. I have no idea why they held my card for nine months and immediately upon me demanding it back it was miraculously repaired. Better still, not even a "sorry". NADA. They all suck. Donruss/Playoff, Upper Deck (If I get one more lying email back about my 04 Legends redemptions I'm just going to scream), <fill in the blank with your least favorite card company>, THEY ALL SUCK. I need 2 more cards for my 04 Legends set, and I swear I will never buy another product from any of these ungrateful ™™™™™™™s. Sorry for the rant..... ;)

Sorry, I actually forgot about this thread.
I ended up getting the package in my mail by the end of the week, so they must have sent it out immediately.
Mind you, the damaged card was a 2004 Prime Sigs Luke McCown AU RC.
For the damaged Prime Sigs I got, 2004 Leaf Certified Luke Mccown Mirror Blue /50 (football/jsy/helmet)
..and a 2002 Prime Sigs Laveranues Coles AU /100
I also had an outstanding redemption for a 2004 Contenders Sean Taylor No AU for my Contenders set.
I got that 3 days later as well with a 2002 Absolute Mem. John Riggins AU /30

Thank goodness that you received it. I hate having to deal with any of them because it is all big business. by the way, I could use the Riggins Auto.
