    off topic ebay question

I had a Flip recorder that i was given as a gift almost a year ago that had been sitting in my closet. I placed it on ebay recently. Before i did this i opened it and made sure it turned on. (i'm guessing at that point it became used) It sold for $34. However the buyer was mad cause i had listed it as new. That was my mistake and my fault. i did forget.

The only defense i got is that i did not use stock photos from a website. The photos i used are the opened box. The Flip out of the box on my desk and the flip laying in its box with the flaps open. I did not use any images from a website. The three pics show the item in my room on my desk and in my hand.

It was delivered today and i got an email saying buyer thinks she overpaid and why did i list as new. I explained i wanted to turn it on since i had had it sitting. and the 3 pics clearly show it was out of box.

I did not offer any type of refund. Waiting for another response.
What do you guys think i should do? Would you leave a negative feedback on me?

    Thanks.

Perhaps you two can talk the deal into a partial refund as she keeps the item and you pay her back the amount what both you feel is fair. PayPal let's you do this.
