To me mint doesn't mean "a little rough top"
I don't really know what "a little rough top" even means. If the top of the card is actually rough at the top of it, as in unevenly cut - it's not mint.

I'm not sure what to think about the condition of this card...

It isnt unevenly cut, it just has like 3 pieces of fuzz at the top. It is in mint though.

(if a card has a fuzzy edge that sort of makes it by definition - not mint)
