    eBay question

So I have my first case opened against me. It was for a $10 dollar card. Buyer didn't contact me but rather opened a case for a card which he bought over a month+ ago. Unfortunately, I didnt do tracking. I contacted the seller and now waiting for a response, I asked him why after a month+ he finally decides to make a case. Any chance ebay would go in my favor? What should I do next?

    thanks,
    John

John, you are out of luck. A blemish on a perfect rating is not worth 10 dollars. Just send with dc next time. At least make your postage at po and get a receipt.
