    I'm interested in a large flat rate box filled with just toploaders, but I would like to know the condition of the toploaders first though. Thanks.

    I would say 80% are close to new used once or twice.

    How much would a small flat rate be? I don't really need toploaders right now, but you can never have too many, especially when you can get a good deal on them!
