Well, good news and bad. I have two of the cards you need (#145 Steve Largent and #216 Samie Parker) in my personal collection stash. I thought I had more than one Parker but for now I haven't found an extra. I normally don't trade from PC, but since I know what its' like putting sets together I'll make you a deal. I'll trade the Largent now if you can help me with any of my set needs, and if you get towards the end of putting the set together and still don't have a Parker, I'll let you have mine (doesn't mean you stop looking though, lol, I'm a Ducks fan first).
