Error card?

It's obviously an error, but I can tell you that I have seen a decent amount numbered like that. Wish I could help you more.

Called panini and they said that if I would send it in they would give me anything in return.

I would actually keep that error card i think thats pretty neat. If you decide to get rid of it lmk.

There are negatives to both sides. Getting something decent from Panini is like playing Russian roulette. I sent in a Favre jersey with damage, was his first Vikings jersey so it was a great pull. They send back a $10 Bob Griese jersey, I send that back in and explained what I sent in, they were more than happy to replace the Griese with something more suitable. Two months later, a $10.00 Paul Hornung jersey with a crease, sent that back and they finally sent me a National treasures Favre patch. Cost me $9.00 in shipping and 8 months for them to fix their screw-up. Not sure if it was worth it.

Keeping it...You might find someone who collects that player and would like it due to it being numbered wrong but the fact is that I have over a dozen screw-ups from Panini as far as numbering, almost all of which came straight from Panini as replacements for damaged cards. So far I haven't traded any of them.
