Rookies
Has anyone had any luck IP with any of the rookies who were drafted this past spring. I'm trying to gage their signing habits for this upcoming season.

If they were drafted this year and are already rookies in the MLB, they are some of the best draft picks and likely will not sign. You may have luck, but the best players usually sign the least.
If you mean the prospects who aren't yet in the MLB, you will have more luck. High draft picks or huge prospects (Buxton, Correa, Taveras) usually will not sign, but are typically easier to get than established stars so if you want them, go for them now. Typically, just about anyone drafted in rounds 5-50 will sign assuming you don't hit them at a bad time (right before the game) and if they aren't still in college (many schools have restrictions on players signing). Usually the really late guys (Low A, 25th or later pick) are almost honored that you think that their signature will add to your card/picture and will go out of their way to help you get it signed (personalized if you want, use the marker you want, where you want, etc.)

All the sports but my main sport to graph IP is basketball. I never graphed baseball IP but I will keep the info in mind for when I do.
