    baseball Auto Cut Custom

This custom was made for a member on another site, finally a Baseball card, lol. The entire graphic design was brought to life by Jon of DnJcards.A new matte paper finishing process was used for this card. The member furnished me with the autograph part of the photo for the project. The card is thick and fits perfectly in a 130pt One Touch holder.I look forward to applying this process to a booklet card,Baseball I hope. Thanks for the look. -Steve

Very cool! How costly is the process for you to build cards like this and how much time do you invest to get it looking so good.

Hi,thanks for your intrest. I do work with different designers most notably DnJcards here on SCF. He does the graphic designs and I manufacture the cards from his digitial graphic. As far as cost that would depend on the complexity of the design and build. Please keep in mind materials like ink, photo paper, cardstock, glue, etc do run up the cost as I print all my own customs. While I can't vouch for the time it takes for a graphic designer's end.A build on a standard card runs 3+ hrs and a booklet would be close to 5 hrs total. It used to take much longer but as I complete more and more it becomes a tuned process, just like anything else.In the end I really enjoy my part in creating these cards for those who choose to own something they can't find anywhere else.
