Help finding custom/blanks

I know that there are some cool custom cards out there who have blanks for basketball, football and baseballs saying things like legends of the game and just showing like a sports ball on them. Can anyone direct me to something like that with Olympic rings for Olympians? I also would be interested in other sports like tennis, golf, MMA and racing. Is there someone out there that retails things like that for a low enough price that it is cost effective enough to buy for TTM? There are plenty of folks in all of those fields that I would TTM, but do not have cards for. Index cards look too plain and I do not have the patience or skills to do custom cuts. The ideal supplier would have like a multiple sports pack or something. I actually have a couple football, baseball and hockey legends blanks that I carry in my car as you never know when you will stumble across a signing. Please for those of you who use these could you direct me to a site? Thanks for your help.

Rackrs might be your best bet. I think they added a boxing/wrestling ring card. Might be worth looking around their website
