Blue Sapphire Refractor Whitey Ford



The Blue Sapphire Refractor set is a compilation set that encompasses all of the Bowman products. Each products contains 10 subjects from the set. It features the players considered to be the best to appear in a Bowman product throughout the years. Though it does not show up well in the scan, cards are encapsulated within a vibrant blue border.

Each box of Bowman Inception is guaranteed to contain 4 rookie autographs and 1 auto/relic. In an interesting twist, the rookie autographs are on-card while the autographed relics are stickers. The huge letdown for consumers is that the product was originally available for $80-$90 before release and now has skyrocketed due to the chase for Yasiel Puig Autograph Redemptions. This severely changes the value of the boxes. There are dual and triple autographs available as well as parallels. A somewhat unique set of autographs is the Little League Auto set. It features players when they were younger, either in Little League or in high school. Cards are oversized and numbered to 20.
