Panini Redemption Help
Hi. I opened a box and pulled a redemption for a rookie signature awhile back in April. I've put messages on my account under open requests asking for a replacement since the 4 months have passed. Im wondering what else their is to do since I cant call them either

Call them Panini & UD are pretty good at answering the customer service line lately. Just called UD yesterday when I got a message that all redemption cards had been deleted for a SP game used Erik Gudbranson so they are replacing it with something else

well its not that I can't call, I just cant get through and the each time I try it endlessly rings for a good 2 minutes

I actually wait and got all my redemption I redeemed, no replacement. I called one about a 2010-11 crown royale AU and since the card is a special cards with tow layer one being a ice ring on the bottom part they told me they would build it sometime this year and they did since they made some for this year rookie anthology. So I finally got my card remade and hard sign, just took a while. SO I simply learned to be patient and got all of them eventually.

its a pretty low end player I've never even heard of so im not sure if its worth it or not
