    how do you contact ebay to dispute a trade. i bought an xbox controller that was supposed to be in mint condition, but the A button doesnt work. So i need to know how to contact ebay. Any info helps. thanks

    If you look around the site you can find an email. Did you email the person you bought it from. the first time I left neg feedback for someone he burnt me for not contacting him first. He may refund or send a replacement.

    his thing says that he doesnt refund shipping costs and i only payed 1 buck for it but there was 8.50 shipping

    What he did is called "circumventing ebay fees". He doesnt have to pay fees on the shipping he gets, only on the item sale. This way he 1: pays little to no fee on the transaction and 2: does not have to refund you as he states in the auction. If you see others like this go to the bottom of the page and click "report this item". It will give you options from there.
    Contact the seller as well about the problem, if he refuses to refund then slap a negative on him. Also explain in the neg. feedback what he did.
