New Marker Idea for Photos
I like to get photos signed. I've realized that silver sharpie looks great in dark spots but smears off even after its dried. I've come across a new marker, the Max Pen UltraMark Metallics (Pictured below), It seems to stick to the photos and looks great. I was wondering if anyone else uses this marker or knows any negatives in using it. Any comments would be appreciated.

are those the cheapos at walmart? I don't trust them 100%, but the time's i've used them it has been OK. I recall they dry out faster than "good" markers though.
Generally I use the SRX markers, or Decos. I have heard horror stories about decos, but have only had one negative experience with them.

the SRX look like they would be great, but are they Expensive. I was mainly thinking about using the Max Pens for dark photos I send TTM because they are relatively cheap and the players always seem to sign in the darkest spot. I would easily jump over to the SRX for IP stuff but I don't If I'd be willing to spend the $ and not even see the Item get returned.

Those pens are great....as long as you're not in a hurry and have plenty of drying time. But infinite / SRX is the way to go for photos, IMO.

I just picked up a pack of those pens yesterday & sending one out with my TTM request to see how it works. I was pretty impressed with the way they wrote & dying time. Tested it out on a old glossy photo & dryed pretty quick i thought. Hope for he best. Would be nice spending .99 cents, vs's the $2.27 for the sharpies.

Wow I've tested with scrap glossy photos and glossy cards a d that stuff would be the equivalent to signing with a dry erase marker I've tested out both the silver and gold and ended throwing both of them away. Spend your dollar on a cold drink at Mickey d's, you'd get more value out of that
