I think we are having an issue of not being able to tell what was edited when lol.
Lot price before those two sold was 30, those two sold, now lot price is listed at 23, but Id do 22.50

at the bottum of your first page ( or ad) it says 23.00 for the whole lot . heres your words copy and pasted Or take the whole lot for $23.00 dlvd :) so whos having the issue?
