Autograph Guaranteed
I opened a box of hockey cards that guarantees an autograph is inserted into every 24 packs. Since the box has 24 packs, I assumed that I would pull an autograph. So, I opened 23 packs and did not pull one. Since there is a autograph guarantee, could I sell last pack as guaranteeing an autograph will be pulled?

the ratio for boxes is "on average" which means your box could have 0 and the box next to it could have had 2

I'd also just open the pack....
I had a 05 sweet spot pack )FB) that I was going to sell as a guarented Helmet auto. Since you get 2 per box on average. I had bought 10 other boxes and they all had them. I finally decided to open the pack and it had a serialed rookie and base.

You might as well open the pack. I mean after all why would you not want the autograph if you believe that the pack holds one even if it is only to be used in trading.
