    What makes it rare? Its an All Star Ticket For God Sakes back when the all star Game actually ment Something To the Players who were playing the game....Actually All Star Tickets are Much More Rare then Regular Season Tickets as the all Star Game is Only Played ONCE and Unused tickets from the early 90s and beyond are much more Rare and a Stub (used ticket) Plus Depending on the Weather that day/night if it was rainy alot of tickets might have not survived.....Most all star tickets Are Valued BY Ticket Collectors at around $50-$100
