Finest contains a 150-card base set featuring 100 veterans and 50 rookies. They are distributed fairly at almost a 2 to 1 ratio of veterans to rookies. Players are showcased on a chrome foilboard with mini hexagons throughout the background. Rookies are seen in their current, non-photo shoot, jerseys.

There are seven refractor levels from the basic refractor to the SuperFractor 1/1s. The base refractor and the rookie version is a bit different as the rookie version seems shinier and block out the background. All are numbered except for the aforemention regular refractor and the xfractor. Generally in each mini box you will get 2 refractors and 1 other type.

There are two insert sets in Finest this year. As the name implies, the Rookie Atomic Die Cuts feature this year's crop of rookies on a unique cut-out card. Finest Moments on a Career Defining Moment/Game for the player seen on the card. There is also a refractor version that falls one in every five mini boxes.

Each mini box will yield either an autographed patch or a jumbo autograph relic. Be on the lookout for dual, triple and quad versions.
