Why Ference is a 'competative SOB'
As hard as everyone’s tried, it’s probably still impossible to overstate Andrew Ference‘s intangible impact on a hockey team. Few people know that more than one of his former bosses.
Ference continues to acclimate himself with the Edmonton Oilers after leaving Boston to sign with his boyhood team this offseason, and in a couple of weeks, he’ll go to camp with the Oilers.

Small body, large brain and attitude. He acts like the ice is his when playing, I don't know why the Bruins just dump effective players, then wonder why their GAA goes into the toilet for long period of time.
Bruin Hockey is founded by players like Ferrence, and it's what the Oilers need, somebody that can finally skate backwards, even Kevin Slowe couldn't do that.
