    Picked up a 2010 TNA New Era Lacey Von Erich card with no sticker auto on it at a card show recently. Contacted Tristar about a possible replacement. What great customer service. I did not even have to send the card in. All they wanted was a picture of my card as proof.

    Got my replacement within 2 weeks of contacting them:

    2012 TNA Reflexxions Dual Auto Velvet Sky/Gail Kim #'d 8/50 !!!

    I will take that as a replacement any day.
