normally the person with the lower trader rating sends first. however, myself along with a bunch of other people recently got ripped off by wayneclaybaugh2 about a month or so back. i sent him a /50 dwyane wade RC and he ran away with it and never sent the money. you can check it out in the disputed trades forum for proof. so with that said, i basically won't send first unless the person has a very large trader rating or has mods that can vouge for them. i dont have any nellie fox or ben roethlisberger so i guess all i got for you is cash. if you still want to do business let me know.
