Question about redeeming UD redemptions
So I have a handful of UD cards I'd like to redeem, but am having no luck. I go to upperdeck.com and try to log in, but once I input my information and click on "Log In", the screen just refreshes, and asks me to input my info once again. I've even tried creating a new account but get an error when I do that as well.
So am I doing something wrong that I don't know about, or could my computer be having issues with cookies from the website? I honestly have no idea and am hoping that someone smarter than I could steer me in the right direction.
Thanks!
Jesse

It does the same thing to me. I quit trying and used my other computer. It works on my other computer. If you have another computer try it. It has done this to me since July.

Use IE if you have it and then go into tools and compatibility setting and add upperdeck.com in the box. This will make IE act like in a previous version 9 and should fix the issue. I had the same issue and this is what UD told me to do to fix the issue. I actually got a fast response on this from UD.

Thanks for the replies. Both my laptop and my PC are on Windows 8, maybe that's the issue. I'll give my girlfriend's laptop a try tomorrow and update with how it goes.
Thanks!

I do remember having that same problem with IE and switched to Chrome a while back, no issues now. Good to know the fix for IE, though.

Internet Explorer is faster than both Google Chrome and Firefox.
