Well, he appears to be right. There is nothing that says he's spending more time on Washington's football team than the nation. Anyone who thinks he is is obviously not qualified to talk on any subject pertaining to politics or religion and shouldn't be here. It's just a really stupid thing to say or think.
Especially when you realize the people saying it are the same ones who defend Bush for spending more time at his ranch than the white house.

he was directly asked, but just like the Trayvon case, he could have declined to offer. it would have been easy to say, "there are more important things happening right now and I haven't given it much thought."

Yeah, he could have answered in that way and avoided the incessant criticism that comes from the right on his every move. He should also send out a request to the public asking for a list of which questions he should and should not answer during an interview.

...and the next FOX report is:
OBAMA DOESN'T CONSIDER NATIVE AMERICANS IMPORTANT
Come on, Jay, you know this is just stupid, as the Trayvon thing was.

Yeah the poster may be right in his own mind. I spoke my opinion and he can't help to be funny about it. I could say something back to him very negative but I will take the high road on that.
Oh and yeah please find where I am the same "people" that defend Bush for spending more time at his ranch. Had you known me before I was outspoken when Bush would spend time there and rather then in the White House. There are more important things that need to be done in our government right now then Obama speaking about a football team. ALL parties need to come together and work on what is going on to fix this.

You made perhaps the most ridiculous statement I have ever read on this forum, yet it becomes your simple opinion? You really need to elaborate when you make a claim that Obama is spending more time with the Redskin issue than the countries other problems.
Really, take a look at what your claim is. I cannot begin to tell you what an absurd assumption you have made, not knowing how a President fills his day, and not knowing the man personally.
I have never heard more verbal codswallop with the absence of fact, anywhere. Present some facts that the President is spending more time on the Redskins name than he is on the countries business.
If you have no proof, then simply show us a photo of your pants pulled down to your knees and make it look like you are pulling what you said, out of your back passage, because frankly, that is still the origin of what you said, until you provide further evidence.
