    would this work?

ok so i'm trying to pick up a lot of autographs next season. if i was to send a 4x6 index card with the team logo on it to one player and asked him to pass it around to as many people as he can, would he do it? or am i just being greedy?

I think you would be lucky to get the person you sent it to, to sign it. Can't imagine they would have others sign it but if you had a good letter who knows.

I have tried it and it has not worked. It's a bad idea.

Having them pass an item around you would have no idea who signed it anyways. I do not understand the point of that.

I'm not sure if I explained it correctly, that isn't what I meant.

I mean send 1 large envelope with many small envelopes. Each player gets 1 small envelope with cards and/or pictures in it. Each small envelope has 1 SASE in it. I would send the large envelope to the team, which would hopefully open it and give each player their letter. Then I only need to pay for 1 large envelope rather than 25 letters. After that, it would hopefully work like normal.
