Companies have been absorbing higher healthcare costs for years now. Sure some of them will be able to continue to do so, but what about the companies surviving on very thin margins?

When these companies close their doors, then will you admit that the President is exerting control over these private companies?

I know I know.. poor corporations not making record profits for the 5th quarter in a row...what a shame. Give me a break man...

FYI.. healthcare costs dropped for the first time in 20-30 years in 2013.. why? because the ACA was already partially implemented. Costs will continue to drop and you will continue to have excuses and excuses for it.

Why do you think they backloaded the ACA until after the elections?

I second that request, because I am not seeing healthcare costs drop.

Obamacare has not put in place a policy to protect those that already had Health Insurance.

    My Son's Coverage - Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Coverage stays the same - Changes come into effect on Jan. 1, 2014

Price Now Per Month - $70.00
Price New Per Month - $140.00

    Co-Pay Now - $35.00
    Co-Pay New - $100.00

We will now have to pay Double for the same coverage.
We will now have to pay 2.8 Times for the Co-Pay.

Who is protecting us? Not a gawd-damn soul, that's who.

Obama Lies like a cheap watch

He said nominal increases for those with Private Plans, not this above nonsense.

Finally, someone from the left saying what I've said all along. I get a 40% increase minimum next year. I was called a fear monger and uninformed on this site. At least someone form the left see's the truth (although I believe you are a single payer proponent).

That's just the first year. I heard as much as another 20-30% increase in either the 2nd or 3rd Year.

This evidence shows me that Health Insurance Companies (Shylocks as I call them) - Are still in charge of everything.

Richard Nixon should be dug up and shat on.

Where did you son get $70 a month coverage to begin with? Has he checked the exchanges since this notice?

His plan has remained pretty much unchanged for 12 years, only the Co-Pay rose last year from $30.00 to $35.00 - This only based on following the guidelines of 2 Healthy Visits and 2 Sick Visits per year I believe. Anything above this is of course Highway Robbery.

The only way you an escape the Health Insurance Shylocks is to move to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe or Scandinavia.

Imagine - Insurance on only 80% of all procedures outside of regular visits - Frikken Joke.

My Son is 13 why would he check the exchanges?

Shouldn't your son be covered by your personal policy until he's 26? Something's not adding up here
