No Shaq Does Not Sign For Fleer Not Sure If He Ever Has But Not 100% He Signs For TOPPS Only
Collecting All Current Las Vegas Raiders, Carmelo Anthony, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas.
plus many more, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.

Shaq did sign for Fleer in the late 90's. He has an Autographics auto and Fresh Ink auto that I have seen. He may have more. That does look like his auto though, but like XxVisionxX said, it's not a certified one. It's one someone got in person.
