Barry Larkin after baseball tonight filming!!
So I decided to graph the World Series Game 5. No players signed post game, they quickly got on the bus to the airport. So I venture over to the Baseball Tonight set. They told us filming stopped at midnight. So we hung out n watched them film. As soon as shooting was over, Curt Schilling and Barry Larkin walked off set and just waved to us. A few of us (4) walked behind their traitors. They cops actually let us stand there. Schilling signed for 3 people and stopped at me, leaving me hanging. Barry Larkin went to the portal- potty, and I was sure he wasn't signing. He came out and quickly hopped into the awaiting Suburban. After a few minutes, the crowd left, leaving just me and 3 other people. Barry Larkin comes out of the SUV, shakes everyone's hand, and makes small talk while signing all of our items! I got him on a baseball, and he even nailed the sweet spot!! WOW!!! Barry Larkin!!! I only got 1 autograph tonight, but damn it was a good one!! Well baseball graphing season for me is over. Just got a few to mail out. Oh yeah, and my beloved Sox won!! Amazing night!! Have a great time guys!

Congrats! I am currently living in Cincy. It seems like every Reds Hall of Famer is accessible for autographs except Larkin. I got Johnny Bench through his web site and Pete Rose in Vegas, which is great, but they were before my time.

@MrBelvedere- I ended up getting really REALLY lucky honestly. Larkin wasn't gonna sign at all, but the guys loading their luggage were slow. It was Larkin, Curt Schilling, and Karl Ravich from ESPN all in one Suburban. Larkin was last into the Suburban, but the luggage loaders hadn't finished yet and Larkin noticed a guy in a wheelchair wearing a Reds jersey, so Larkin hopped out and went over to the wheelchair guy and signed his item and made small talk. I handed him my ball, and he signed it, then signed like 4 more balls for people then quickly got back into the Suburban before the crowd got big. It was more luck than anything, but I've always respected Barry Larkin so I'm not complaining lol. Pete Rose is one auto that I don't have, but will eventually. I got Bench during a signing just outside of Indianapolis last year. He wasps doing a signing at a memorabilia shop, so I went. The Larkin ball is definitely one of my favorite autographs for sure. It was so unexpected! Just an awesome moment, and it totally made up for Schilling leaving me hanging lol. (I was the last guy at the end of the row and Schilling signed for everyone BUT me-and I was wearing all Red Sox stuff!)
