The demise of Jerome Iginla (trivia pts if you honestly know his middle name w/o looking it up ) appears to be grossly premature, some on here have even gone as far to say the HOFamer is now irrelevant to the NHL!!! Why people love to put athletes on a pedestal than celebrate their "failing hands"...well, that is human nature I guess. Anyway last night Iggy won the game for the B's with a filthy wrist shot, and last week put up 6 pts...not bad for a guy who is a perennial slow starter. Sure he may not be as fast as his former self, but he has a ton of experience, can still pick the corner's with his big league shot, and is a perfect fit for the Bruin's Heavy 200 ft game. A certain team that was said to play a "junior game" would benefit in spades to have someone like him in their top 6. jmho...
